Nothing special to write really. I all my years of driving, any time I've ever dealt with Precision Tune, specifically the location on Valley Avenue in Birmingham, Alabama, I've ALWAYS had an amazing experience!!

Only place I get my oil change done. Mike who works at the front desk is always there to meet my needs and goes above and beyond. The crew is exceptional and work is done in a timely manner. Highly recommend for an all-star experience getting car services

The guys at Precision always do an amazing job!! My car puts in a lot of time on the road, so she needs a good bit of TLC when I finally bring her in. Precision has gotten me back on the road in less than 30 minutes and my car sounds and drives so much better every time!! Between having a convenient location by my job, and the fast and friendly customer service, I don't want to go anywhere else! The reasonable price is always the icing on the cake but the coupon they had available this time was the perfect cherry on top!! I really can't thank these guys enough!!

These guys are amazing. And right by my work. Didn’t try to oversell me or anything. I pulled right in on my way to pick my son up And they had me back on the road in time to get my son almost as soon as I pulled in. At 4:10 on a Monday afternoon. I won’t go anywhere else from here on out.

I took my car in for a transmission issue and was told that it could be a serious issue costing more than $3500. After looking it over, they called to tell me it had been less complicated, costing me less than a third of that price. I would have had no way to know either way. The courteous, professional service would be enough to earn my loyalty, but their honesty, integrity, and trustworthiness deserve special commendation. It's nice to know that people still do business this way. I won't take my car anywhere else.

Michael and his team were fantastic! Michael spent the time to make sure I knew what they were doing, and the mechanic did a great job doing the work. My vehicle runs better now than it has in a long time. I have already recommended them to everyone I know and will continue to recommend Michael and the guys at Precision to anyone that asks.
